After (finally) realizing a recent iOS update came with a screen time tracker, I decided to make some goals.
First was an hour a day. Then 30 minutes.
Psyched to hit that number for a few weeks in a row now.
This level of usage isn’t good or bad and it didn’t magically change my life or inspire me to lead some crusade against screen time.
Was just something I wanted to do.
I have thoughts. Sometimes deep, usually anything but. They needed a home, so I gave them one.
